The Group “Act Together” initiative
For several years, the Group has taken significant steps to align economic performance with human respect and environmental conservation.
In 2024, the EKAIM Group defined its “Act Together” CSR strategy through an extensive consultation with key internal and external stakeholders within its operational scope: employee representatives, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, financial and institutional partners, and more.
The feedback from these interviews led to the development of a materiality matrix to determine the priority issues for the group’s activities.
Three core pillars—Human, Environmental, and Community—comprised of 8 key challenges, now form the heart of “Act Together.” Launched in 2024, this approach consists of 3 phases leading up to 2026: Alignment, Transition, and Excellence!
This collective momentum is being rolled out across all group companies, including IVALTECH, which is fully committed to this responsible vision.
