We had the pleasure of welcoming 40 Year 9 students from the Collège des Allobroges in La Roche-sur-Foron for a discovery day focused on our industry and professions.

Divided into two groups of 20 to encourage interaction, all the students took part in the two main highlights of the visit.

First, they attended a classroom presentation with our HR Manager, Stéphanie DUMONTIER, to get a better understanding of our sector, its challenges, and its future. This discussion also covered key topics such as innovation, recruitment, and the role of women in industry, helping to break down certain stereotypes.

The students then continued their immersion with a tour of our workshops alongside Raphaël DURANSON, Managing Director, and David DESMONCEAUX, Technical Director, giving them a practical look at our expertise, equipment, and daily operations.

The visit concluded with a Q&A session based on questions prepared by the teachers, encouraging reflection on industrial careers today and tomorrow.

Thank you to the students and the teaching staff for their curiosity, participation, and the quality of our exchanges!

At IVALTECH, we firmly believe that the future is built today, by sharing our passion and inspiring young people to choose our line of work.
